Thank you for shopping with Jamila Skin Pty Ltd (“Jamila Skin”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered, what to expect, and your responsibilities as the customer.

By placing an order on www.jamilaskin.com, you agree to this Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During high-volume periods (product launches, sales, promotions, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and other courier partners.

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, remote locations, or peak periods.

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We ship to select international countries.
Available regions and shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframes:
Standard International: 7–20 business days
Express International: 4–10 business days

Delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and carrier capacity.

Some countries may experience delays due to strict import regulations.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Only)

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any fees imposed by local authorities.

We do not offer refunds for orders
that are:

  • Delayed by customs;
  • Refused entry or returned to sender;
  • Seized or destroyed by customs;
  • Held due to unpaid taxes or duties.

Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.

5. Tracking Your Order

All orders come with tracking (unless stated otherwise).
Tracking information is sent automatically once the carrier has collected the parcel.

If tracking does not update immediately, this is normal — carriers may take up to 24–72 hours to scan parcels into their network.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

Jamila Skin is not responsible for orders delivered to:

  • An incorrect address provided by the customer;
  • Incomplete or missing address details;
  • Old addresses saved in your account.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • We will contact you;
  • You may choose to have it reshipped (additional shipping fees apply).

Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once an order is marked delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Jamila Skin is not responsible for:

  • Parcels lost or stolen after delivery;
  • Deliveries affected by courier delays, weather, or peak periods;
  • Parcels delayed due to customs or local authorities.

We will assist where possible, but investigations must be handled by the courier.

8. Order Not Delivered / Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address;
  • Failed delivery attempts;
  • Unclaimed parcels;
  • Refusal to pay customs fees (international);

You may request reshipment (fees apply).

Refunds are not provided for shipping fees or for international parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges.

9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple products or pre-order items, it may ship in separate packages.

You will receive tracking for each shipment.

10. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Shipping timelines for pre-orders or backorders will be displayed on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items ship once all items are in stock unless otherwise stated.

Processing times begin once the stock is available.

11. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for certain couriers)
  • Countries with strict cosmetic import restrictions
  • Locations where carriers cannot safely deliver

If we are unable to ship to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or a refund.
